We have a drawing for two books this month. One is a wonderful children’s book series from author-illustrator Krista Weltner and the other is a remarkable look at the legendary pioneer Tom Watson Jr of IBM. He struggled mightily due to his dyslexia and took 6 years to graduate from high school, but things really came together - and with that confidence, he saved the family company. Click on the pictures below for chances to win them. One of my favorite things about Krista’s books is that she doesn’t talk down to kids - but meets kids where they are and walks them through the everyday problem-solving strengths that they have because of their brilliant dyslexic minds. We also welcome a new sponsor, StoriedWork.com. I interview dyslexic co-founder and Stanford grad Nick Koshnick in this issue as he tells me how he created an AI Co-pilot for Non-Linear Thinkers. How perfect! The app is currently free and they’re looking for some dyslexic leaders to give them feedback on the app HERE.
Thanks also to Dyslexic Advantage Board member Stu Shader and his company, Multi-Cloud Security Company F5, for awarding Dyslexic Advantage a Community Grant!
